I seem to have developed this, I have been trying to brush it and use mouthwashes etc, what can I do? Please help. :(

Howard, can you give more information? When did you have the extraction? What medications are you taking? When you brush your tongue, does anything come off?

I had the extraction a week ago, not taking any medication, I don't think so :(

It is really horrible feeling.

You should have it checked. You might have oral thrush which needs treatment.
