How to set yourself up as indep. Contractor not employee so I can declare residency in no income tax state such as Nevada
I want to be able to work in any state but for tax purposes declare Nevada or Washington as residence state.

Get a residential address in Nevada and register your car there, use that as your voting address.

You can set yourself up anyplace but you owe taxes where you reside.
