I have a 1928 B series silver certificate $1 bill; it has the letter "L" to the left of the date; the plate number is L274; the seal is blue & the signatures are as follows: Treasurer W.O.Woods & Secretary Ogden L. Mills. How much is this approximately worth?

Graded condition? Sorry I'm not quite sure what you mean, but I have heard someone metion it may have been in circulation. It is in pretty good condition, no rips or tears.
