This is a repeat of the following issues others seem to be having with the Maple/Chase thermometer. The fan kicks on but the air conditioner doesn't come on. Tried reset, tried changing batteries, tried adjusting auto/manual. When all else failed I even tried to follow the directions on the inside cover. Anyone have any helpful suggestions? Check low voltage tstat wires for breaks or chewed into places,, especially outside where it goes into the condenser unit
