He's had it for 2 days now but is still eating and drinking and been a normal puppy. Its really runny and green and smells really bad. Should I be worried?

Have you recently done a food change? The most important thing is make sure he has constant access to fresh water. You can also try not giving him any food for 24 hours, and re introduce the food again and play the waiting game.

Is the diarrhea really mucusy like? Is it green from him eating grass? Usually when a dog has the runs for over 24 hours, it is cause for concern. When was the last time he was into the vet? Up to date on vaccines? Is he exhibiting any other weird symptoms? Any vomit or dry heaves?
