My cat had a lump in her stomach and she wasn't in heat for awhile but that's weird for her, and than it went away for a few days, and now is back but she also seems like she went into heat today! She has been milking for awhile now, but we just got some kittens and they were sucking on her nipples! There was a day where she woudn't let anyone but me touch her stomach so I thought she was in labor so I put her in the closet to have the kittens but when I opened it the next day there was nothing there... But she was also fine with the touching of the stomach!

You need to get her to a vet. Not wanting her stomach touched makes me think she's in pain. You really need to get her looked at.
