The fan on the outside central air unit stays on even after the central air is shut off. The only way to get the fan to turn off is by shutting off the breaker. Everything else works like it should, just the outside fan runs nonstop. Any ideas?

No the compressor turns off like it should. It's just the fan that runs non stop
