I have no power to series of outlet, yet I do not have any trip circuit breakers. I also have a ceiling light that stopped working, when I turn off and reset that circuit breaker it trips again even though it seems to be in the on position. Please help. Thank you

Try turning off the light and anything on that circuit, Unplug anything plugged into the outlets and try to reset Breaker.
