My husband has admitted to cheating on me is it proof enough for us to get a divorce if he admits it to the court?

Did he sign a notorised statement admitting this ? Did he say it in front of a bus of nuns for witnesses.

You file for divorce, ( normally don't even need a reason just want a divorce) but you file for it for this, and provide what proof you have, and he can try and deny it if he wants. At the end of the day, what will proving it do to help your case, child custody or proeprty division issues you think this will help with
