In Texas, can His individual bank account be levied for Her loan debt if She is not on His individual account? (there is an unconnected joint account with both of their names on it) There has been no judgment or even proof of this debt to date, only phone threats. (Her paycheck is currently being deposited His account, not the joint account-- until this mess is cleared up) Thanks for any help!
