Carrier unit. The inside unit's fan blows continually even if it is in "auto" position. There is water on the outside doors of the unit and also puddling on the inside equipment. The filter is even wet along with the wood floor underneath this unit. This is also a heating unit. The cooling part works fine. It will go off and on as usual. My a/c repair man has worked on it twice with no luck. :(

Water leaking on the inside, sounds like drains might be stopped up,, need to blow it out n/or suction out the drain with a good strong shop vac

Hard to believe a repair man wouldn't check for a clogged drain. Is the evap coil freezing and dripping water?
