My friend was on probation after serving 1 YEAR HOUSE ARREST for attempting to deal oxy's... while on probation he w watched and just arrested today for having 30 oxy in his room... what are the consequences for this? please HELP!

He'll be tried and convicted on the new charges and sit in prison. Then the VOP hearing will be held and he'll be serving more time for his original crime. Doesn't this guy have a clue?

He will have his probation revoked and will serve that entire time in prison for sure ( well almost for sure) and he will now go to trial on the new charges, and if convicted will face much more time in prison. If I had to guess I would go for 5 to 7 years with at least 3 to serve
