New palsonic receiver gives wavy lines & VERY poor signal from DVD player connected via AV ports (red, yellow & white leads). Tried connecting to both ports (rear and at rear of screen) with 2 different DVD players. Looks like the signal isn't coming through (the look you get when the DVD goes through a VCR switched off or not on the right setting while on its way to the receiver). It's brand new. Palsonic 6816PF CRT TV. DVD players work fine on other receivers.
