I have a live in, and we have two children together. She has never worked or paid a bill. My question is. Is how do I evict her from my home with everything in my name. I have health insurance on the kids ages 16 and 6. I have never been married to her. I've asked her to leave, and told her I would pay child support. What is my answer

You would have to evict her according to your state's eviction laws.

That's good that you intend to keep helping support your children. It's probably in both of your bests interests to go to court and work out a custody agreement as well.

Does she have a place to go with YOUR kids, and NO money, NO job? By the age of the kids you probably have been together about 16 years, so I doubt she can even be evicted. What state are you in, as she may have rights that you need to know about, and a lot of them.
