Apartment owner has his church on the premises, can he make employees clean the church. The employee is the Asst Manager.

The employee has to do whatever his boss wants as long as it's legal, and he gets paid.

If the employees are being paid, I don't understand why it matters what/where they are performing their duties - in this case, a church. If the employees are asked to do the cleaning for "free," no, this is against State Law.

What is your objection to cleaning the church?
