My daughter is 17 in August. She is very unhappy with her mother and wants to move in with me when she turns 17.. Does she have a legal right? What is the law ? I think she has the right at 17 but I am not sure.. Any help would be apprieciated..

Hello,Jim!
Your daughter does not have those rights unless she is emancipated.
But you have rights to file in court for custody modification. At16/17 she has to be listened by the judge.
