Ok, I've got a judgement against me. Got paperwork to fill out financial form. I'm a homemaker so there for don't bring they money home. The debt is from 8 years ago, way before my husband was around. I'm reading all the answers you have given to others, but nobody has same answer. I'm willing to make payment arrangements. But can they garnish my husbands wages?
Also, if we have a joint bank account they can take that money? What if there's nothing in there? HELP!!

What state are you in? I don't know about your husbands wages but they could levy your bank account if your name is on it. A judgement can last 10 years and some can be renewed. Maybe someone else can better answer this question for you.
