OK I have a craftsman lan mower and I kneed to take the pulleys off the mower so that I can chang them around to make a racing mower. I have the bolt off the bottom of the pulleys. Now what do I do

Usually a tool called a gear or pulley puller can be used for keyed sheaves, but I'm not familiar with Craftsman's mounting arrangement so you might need something else. If you end up using such a tool, flood with penetrating oil and pull on the hub if the pulley is spoked. Pulling on the rim can easily result in a broken or bent pulley if it is stubborn.
