You file a tax return next year - it doesn't matter if you are living abroad at that time. Make sure to leave a forwarding address with your employer so that you get your W2 form, and then file a tax return as normal.

And will I get any deposit and return on my US bank account or my home country bank accounts?

Depends what you specify in your return. It may be easiest to simply take your refund as a paper check, rather than direct deposit, although it will be in $US.
