I have a 2000 honda civic and when I drive it its fine but if I drive when it rains the car misfires or start to shut off and it doesn't turn back on till it stopes raining or when it dries out. I have changed the distributor and the problem still remains. Does anyone have any idea about this problem? Thank you

Try replacing the ignition wires. They may be shorting out, due to the moisture penetration. Be sure to apply dielectric grease to all connections.

Also, check the condition of the O-ring going to the distributor cap. Coat it with dielectric grease. This link may help:
