How to file eviction in louisville ky
I allowed a guy (boyfriend) to move in my home about five years ago with the understanding he would pay rent. There was not a rental contract just verbal. Well it has been years later and the rent has never came. He has been through job after job and the money he makes at the time goes to paying out other bills.
Needless to stay the relationship has reached its end and he will not move out willingly! What do I do?

Eviction processes vary by locality. I suggest going to your local housing court and asking for the procedure. Generally you issue a pay or quit notice requiring that he pay what he owes in full or vacate. This notice usually has a 3-10 day deadline. If he doesn't vacate, you file for an eviction order in the local court. A hearing will be scheduled and an eviction order issued (unless he can show why he shouldn't be evicted). If he still doesn't vacate, you hire a sheriff to physically remove him.
