You have to go back to Court, show a good reason why you are moving and ask that the custody/visitation order be modified. Quite often the parent who moves is responsible for the cost of transporting the child back and forth and the parent who is left "behind" gets longer periods of visitation to make up for the lost days.
Unless the other parent of the child will agree, it is very possible you will not get permission. And if you do, you will have to prove and normally pay for all transportation so that the other parent is not losing any of his visits.
I will be blunt, they should not, if the father has a relationship with their child, you have no right to even consider taking the child away from the father, It is a highly immoral thing to do.
In fact perhaps why not give father custody and allow you to only have the visit you want the father to have
This is the same question from two different people?!
