Our acct. is disability only. Can they still get the money if garnishment was granted

Our ck. acct. is frozen, but the money comes from disability. Do I have any recourse?

It will be up to YOU to prove to the court that the money is from
Disability. Are you talking about social security disability? Were you not aware that you had a judgement? You may be what they call judgement prove but you will always owe the debt. A judgement could affect your property depending on what state you are in.
