    rednok, congratulations. You need to find out how she entered the US and if anything was filed to make her eligible under section 245(I) to determine if you can file for her here in the US (adjustment of status) or if she needs to apply for the immigrant visa at her home consulate.

    You will file the relative petition and depending on what she qualifies for, either AOS or IV CP. Please consult with an immigration attorney, do not file on your own.
