    Why won't it work?
Hello guys, it's me again.:) Ok, so I was connecting a dusk to dawn 70 watt light and when I turn the power on I can feel the breaker wanting to trip. The light stays dim and doesn't light up like it's suppose to. It's running on a 15 amp circuit. Could it be that it might have to run off a 20 amp circuit?

    No.

What do you mean, you can feel the breaker wanting to trip?

A 15 Amp circuit can light up 25 70watt bulbs, not your problem.
I bet the Buss is burnt where the breaker plugs onto. An Electrician will remove and take a look. Measuring voltage first can verify it is fixed.
    Resetting breaker can't hurt.

Is your light rated 220 v or 110v?
