I need to access the evaporator area. The autodefrost is working, but the drain line is clogged or frozen. Water is coming into bottom fridge. The only access in the freezer is to the fan. Everything else is solid plastic. Do I have to pull the door and the mullion strip to get some of the plastic out? I have no info on the fridge.
