How to know if you qualify for the cspa?
Good evening. My mother was sponsored by her father(permanent resident) around 1997 then her sister/my aunt a u.s citizen took over the petition because he passed away. My mother received her Green card in 2007. I was born in 1981 and under 21 years of age at the time it was filed. Would this qualify me as an "Derivative beneficiary" under the child status protection act?

Also if I qualify under the CSPA would that allow me to get a green card? Thank you

CSPA is fairly complicated and you need to have the exact dates of petitions and your age at the time, etc. consult with an experienced FB attorney.
