I am married to the father of my child. He drinks everyday and does not work cause he is fighting for ssd. I have HUD and he is not on it or my lease but he won't leave. I want to move to Alabama with our daughter. Can I do that if we have not filed any paper work and he won't leave my home?

If you do need papers I think that you should do it secretly and not tell your husband, because he drinks one day and you tell him he may take his anger out on you or your daughter. Also if you don't feel right about giving him the papers ( if you need papers) I suggest you bring law inforcement with you just tell them you don't feel safe. One think I would like to say is that this is just advice I am not saying you should do I am giving a suggestion to help
