Movie about a kidnapped boy who is kept tied to a chair, kidnapper brings him a kitten to play with and he escapes but is caught. That's all I remember, only got to see the middle and then I had to change the channel an have been trying to figure out what the movie was since.

Kind of sounds like a movie I've seen but its called "that darn cat" put it wasn't a boy that was kidnapped it was a girl

The movie is called Captive. Lawrence Arcouette plays the character of the kidnapped boy. At a moment, he sees the face of his kidnapper and the man, rather to kill him, decides to bring him home and to surrender.
