It's been years since I've seen this movie and can't remember much. I think it was from early 90's. The only scene I can remember is a man climbing a ferris wheel to get to a girl. I think he may have been a stalker. Any suggestions are appreciated!

The Notebook- Ryan Gossling climbs a ferris wheel to get at Rachael McAdams, but they end up getting married and whatnot, plus it's from the 2000's. Good luck finding yours if this is not it.
