My name is Arbee Bethay. I am having a pretty tough time trying to get my transcripts from a school that closed. I received an Associates Degree from PBI Institute in Pottstown Pa. in 1990. The school closed in 1996 and I am trying to locate my transcripts. I am now residing in San Antonio and want to pursue a BS.
