The outside air conditioning unit at my daughter house turns on but the fan to blow it around the house does not. The fan will not come on even if set to "on" position. Any idea what the problem is?
Thanks

Could be a defective fan relay.
Could be a defective fan blower motor.
Could be a bad fan capacitor.
Could be a loose or broken G/Green low voltage wire that causes the fan to come on for A/C.
Note. If the fan relay is defective and located on the circuit board this will not be a cheap fix.
You might try to feel the blower motor to see if it is hot to the touch. If so that could indicate a motor problem. Note. Turn power off before reaching in to touch the fan motor.
You did not post the model and brand.
It's a Goodman Janitro
Exact model number?
Capacitor works fan when pushed. Not hot should I the small muffler part.
