Me and my boyfriend had a fight because his friend said I was cheating on him. This got me all stressed out because I had a dance recidle at the same time this was all going on. So I just needed to let the stress out so I cut his name and a heart into my arm. I forgot I have a doctors appointment sometime next week. How do I hide what I cut from the doctor and my mom?

From reading your other threads your parents already know that you self harm,it is important to be honest with them and your doctor.

There is no shame in asking for help,most importantly cuts can get infected and cause you serious health problems.

Don't hide it,let them know what has happened,it's the best way of getting the help you need to over come cutting.

Why would you need to hide it if they already know?

Do you get in trouble for cutting?

Are you giving them the impression that you have stopped?

Please let everyone know so you can get the right help.

You'll not get any help here with covering up the evidence of a problem. You will however, get the support to get the help you really need.

Depending on why you are seeing a doctor, or what type of doctor, you really don't hide things from them. You can not get proper care if you are not telling the doctor everything
