14 years since my felony conviction for manslaughter can I get a realestate license??

I would say no, I know in GA and TN any felony will have to be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. And they do this before you are even allowed to take any approved real estate school. I know in the class I was in, they had two students leave first day, since they had a record.
