I want to know who own me money I went on a web site that said I was owned over 11,000but they want me to pay to see who own me the money

It's a scam.

Most likely it is a scam, there are real sites, they find old bank accounts, utilitiy deposits and the such, one found about 500 for me before. So who could have owed you that much ? Taxes you never got from feds ? Perhaps a old 11,000 bank account you forgot about ?
