I have a totaline p474-0100 thermostat that has 6 wires. I want to replace it with a Hunter 44660 but it only shows having 4 wires. The totaline has red green yellow white orange and blue while the Hunter only calls for red green yellow and black. Any ideas?

Yes,, take it back and purchase a Honeywell, sounds like you just might have a heatpump,if so get a tstat that's labeled 2H/1C
