I purchase a home 6 years a go with my girlfriend, she is in the deed not on the mort
I purchase a home 6 years ago with my girlfriend, she is on the deed not on the mortgage, we got married 2 years, we are getting divorce after 1 and 7 months married, been separated for the last 2,1/2 years, she wants to move in the house because she is on the deed of the house, does she have any rights to do that? I live in Florida

She's on the deed so she's a part owner and has rights to use the property.

If you want to keep the house, make that part of the divorce decree.

A divorce would be incomplete without some mention of what becomes of the house.

No. Not just because she is on the deed. You are on the deed too. You are getting divorced. Q.E.D.: one or the other of you has to be given ownership of and the right to occupy the house.
