Titration %error, biuret is +-0.05, do I x by two?
Hello all, my first post :). Right, I have to calculate the percentage error of my Iron tablet Redox titration. On the biuret it said +-0.05! Now I am wondering, because I took two measurements from the biuret; one when I put the titre in until it was at 0, and then another when the reaction had occurred. So, wouldn't I have to multiply the variable (+-0.05) by 2? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you for taking the time to read my problem :)

Indeed, you need to multiply the error by two. :) Good thinking!

Note: it is spelt burette, not biuret. The biuret test is a protein test :)
