I want to request a promotion to my staff

I want to make sure I'm understanding your question correctly. You want to request that someone else be promoted? Does this person want the promotion? Are you in any level of management?

Recently I became a manger and want to convenice the management to promote my staff as they are worth for promotion, I would apreciate if you have a sample /format for the request

"as they are worth for promotion"? What does that mean?

And are you talking your entire staff? Or just one or two employees? What would they be promoted from/to? Why do you feel they should be promoted?
