My air exchange unit motor turns on for several seconds and then shuts off. My unit outside keeps running. I originally thought it was the thermostat. So, I've replaced it but the problem continues.

Replace the capicitor with an exact match, only cost a few bucks and a cheaper way of seeing if the cap or the motor is bad
