When I sweat I give off a really bad odor, I know other people notice it too. It very embarrassing. I bath everyday and use deodarnt. The smell doesn't come form armpits it comes from my whole upper body. What can I do. Im embarrassed to go outside in hot weather.

Are your armpits shaved?
What does your diet look like?

No I don't drink and I don't smoke, I will say however that my diet is not the best. I eat a lot of red meat and fried food and drink a lot of soda.

How about your greens? Do you follow up the meat with some salad, beans, rice?

Despite drinking a lot of soda, how is your water intake? How much water would you say you drink each day?
