I have horrible knees and elbows, I have had 3 18% TCA peels over the past year. The peels probably did help a little but not too much. So I have been researching and many people say hydroquinone works. I want to try it, what percentage should I get?

4%HQ should be sufficient enough to lighten the dark skin on knees over time.
