Lately I have been a bit on edge due to family problems and I guess I was taking stff out on her she told me that she wants to be singal for a while because she has always been in a relatonship we did everything together we made each other so happy I'm just not sure if she still loves me I want to MSG her so bad I just don't know what to do

If you want to repair the relationship, then let her know how you feel. But if she doesn't feel the same way, you can't forced her to come back to you.

We have no idea if she will come back to you. But this would be a good time for you to focus on working on your problems.

What you do is to leave her alone like she has asked. You are focused on your feelings right now and that is understandable. She is focused on hers and that is understandable.
Respect her space.
If it is mean to be, you two will find your way back to each other.
