My husband of 15 years left a month ago. He is barely giving us any money, and definitely not enough to support the kids. He has not spoken to 2 of them in a month and the 3 little ones he speaks to maybe once a week. Do I have grounds for abandonment?

And the one he has not spoken to is a type 1 diabetic and he is 11.

Please help!!
