    If the number didn't show up on your Caller ID, you're out of luck. Next time they call, answer and find out who they are? I might do that myself. Annoying, aren't they.

    Probably cannot. Keep a log of the dates and times. When you hit 3, file a police report.

    Or, call your cell provider. Most offer the ability to block "blocked/private" numbers. Then they have to show the number to call you.
