    How to stop early contractions
A few days ago I was having like crampings in my stormach I took some paracetomol an tried to go back to sleep it worked but early hours this morning the same cramping feeling woke me up again only this time I had diareah with it the crampings are pretty regular and very strong, sounds silly but I don't know if it's a tummy bug oh contractions?

Why do you not see your doctor and how far along are you?

We have some great experts in this area... doula lc is fantastic... j_9 rocks the casbah... I've pm'd them this thread link...

My short answer is this... and I'm not an expert in this area... if my mate had regular and strong contractions, id insist on seeing a medical provider.

It is what they are paid to do... it is what is proper for the situation, even if it's a "false" de facto... when in doubt, you are your top priority.

I am just 26 weeks, I am going to ring my doctors as soon as the surgery opens the stormach cramps seemed to have eased slightly, hopefully its nothing more than a tummy bug but best to be safe

Are you pregnant? How far along are you? Are these contractions regular? How far apart are they?

Do you notice if they go away when you change position? Are you drinking a lot of water or are you chewing ice?

You need to take a warm bath some paramacetol/tylenol every 4 hours, and stay off your feet.

What baby is this for you? Can you describe the contractions? Where are they EXACTLY?

I haven't or got any back pain with the cramps, because this is my 4th baby I thought I would have known the difference between contractions or tummy bug,if I was having contractions what would my baby be active because at the moment it is very active?

My 1st baby was 6 weeks early due to my waters leeking I was monitored and kept in hospital, the baby was left as long as the could until they felt it safer for him to be on the outside and no longer on the inside but other 2 was 2 weeks early an 1 day late
