    No reaction will take place.

    The ions present are:

    Cu^2+
    SO4 ^2-
    HSO4^-
    H^+
    OH^-

But the number of OH^- ions is so small that you will not see any reaction.
You have so little amounts of Cu(OH)2 that we say no reaction takes place.
