Many prblems with toilets need help!
Hi I live on the 1st floor of a three floor apartment complex. In the past two months we have had three episodes where a pipe in the back yard will start spurting out water and toilet garbage and my toilets will bubble and/or lose water and eventually clog. The first time I figured it was my fault, so after they snakes the pipe in the back and I was able to flush I began monitoring what I put down the toilet. Only small amounts of a very thin toilet paper. But recently it has clogged twice. I wonder If the problem is not caused by me but by other neighbors. Is this possible? What should I do?

LUCKY YOU! That there was a pipe out in the back yard that was open.
Living on the first floor, had it not been for that pipe , you would have had three floors of waste and sewerage coming up out of your toilets. Add to that the tenets above wouldn't know that there was a problem and just keep on drainage and flushing.

Of course it's caused by the tenets above you. Call your maintenance man or the land lord and have this repaired ASAP. And I would keep that line open in the back yard until they do. Good luck, Tom
