According to: Your Payments While You Are Outside The United States since your wife is a citizen of the Philippines she could collect survivor's benefits only if she has lived at least 5 years in the US while being married to you. From the information you provided it seems that she would not qualify unless you delay your move out of the country to 2014 or later.

    Hi Sir!

I lived together with disabled and sickly american on disability pension, for over a year. He is 57 years old. He was bankrupt and ripped off by two filipinas. He was married here in the Philippines, to the first Filipina. They don't lived together as husband and wife. Coz its to late to find out that this First Filipina only wants to go to the US and get all his money at the bank.

Sir, I just asked if in case He dies, Could this Filipina? Get anything from His pension.

How do I get my american spouse social security when he is old. Do I need to be in america to receive it, I am in Philippines, and he's talking about divorcing me. I try to stretch out our marriage for 10 years, so I can get american benefits.
