How can I bypass everything in order to test to make sure the coil is getting juicem? Thanks for any/all help.

What make , model, and year of vehicle? Is coil and distributor 1 unit?
4 bad wires need to be replaced, not tested.
If you like your car and it has been a while, Change Plugs, cap, rotor, wires and filters, it can only help.
